  1. SERVICE IMPROVEMENT – To assist the team promote and raise the profile of catering within the operation

 

  1. SYSTEMS – Support the team deliver the Quality Management System

 

  1. SERVICE – To maintain the daily café operation.

 

  1. ADMINISTRATION – Maintain required daily documentation in meeting legislative obligations e.g. ‘Safer Food, Better Business’ Food Safety Management system.

 

  1. TEAM BUILDING – Contribute to a positive customer service and support colleagues in providing the same.

 

 

K.O.1

  1. To ensure clean and attractive cafe presentation standards are maintained.

 

  1. Contribute towards the centres overall objective in improving its Net Promoter Score (NPS).

 

 

K.O.2

  1. Comply with the catering Quality Management System (QMS).
  2. Support the Management team in developing the ‘Safe Places for People Manual’.
  3. Record all documentation required by the QMS

 

 

K.O.3

  1. To provide a good quality of service within the agreed service specification and

operating hours

  1. Maintain systems in order to deliver a quality service standards.
  2. Ensure minimum standards of service are maintained
  3. Meet group uniform and PPE standards.
  4. Deliver great customer service through positive customer engagement
  5. Ensure good personal hygiene and presentation standards.

 

 

K.O.4

  1. Provide documentary evidence on request for inspection during audits, group co-ordinator visits as well as Environmental Health Officers and Trading standards e.g. Safer Food, Better Business.
  2. Assist the team acquire and maintain the Food Hygiene Rating of FIVE.

 

 

K.O.5

  1. Contribute to the development of a dedicated catering team in order to achieve the delivery of an excellent service.
