About Smart Home Sounds

We are looking for a customer service representative that ideally has interest in Music and Technology.

You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Our aim is to ensure excellent service standards.

You will also demonstrate a professional and positive attitude in all customer and co-worker interactions.

Excellent Telephone Manner and written/verbal communication skills a must.
An Interest in Videography / Photography (Not Essential)

GCSE Grade A-C Maths & English –¬†Minimum requirement
