We are looking to hear from candidates with a professional telephone manner who have the ability to build long-term business relationships with busy account departments.
The role will involve –
*Inputting and updating data on spreadsheets
*Investigating and resolving queries
*Setting up of new accounts
*Working to realistic team targets, using both the telephone and email to ensure invoices are paid on time.
It is a varied and interesting office administration role and you will be working in a small team and will be offered the support and guidance to enable you to be successful.
Minimum requirement of Maths and English GCSE at Grade C or above (or equivalent) and A Levels (or equivalent) with good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with additional hours as required.
