BM Aluminium Ltd supply the LogiKal software to the glazing industry throughout the UK and Ireland to enable users of aluminium systems to create estimations, quotation and production projects.
The Trainee Support Technician role will involve supporting customers via telephone, email and remotely with any questions or queries they have related to our software and also create software installations for new customers. To maintain and develop customer contacts and ensure that we support all customers following their software installation. Develop a technical understanding of all the aluminium door and window systems used by our customers. To assist our database programmers in creating and maintaining databases and liaise with other internal departments.
9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch)
